Diane has over 24 years experience of working in the voluntary/community sector on a local and regional level.
Based in London and freelance since 2004, she has been offering training and consultancy in:

Training can be tailor made and delivered in house or open to other organisations.
Administration can also be undertaken of your programme if needed so we can either deliver the seminar or the whole task of promoting the programme and managing the bookings as you choose.
In addition to single one off commissions, Diane can take on interim Director positions, helping to recruit a new Director or longer term pieces of work past commissions have included temporarily managing a womens aid organisation and a youth counselling service for 6 and 9 months respectively. Examples of training include: offering training events to the Voluntary Sector in Greenwich on behalf of the local CVS or Developing a Setting up and Management CD Rom for the voluntary sector. The CD contains information on setting up, governance as well as templates of policies and procedures. Current work includes working with one of the main london funders as an outreach advisor covering nine London Boroughs.
